H. COACH BRENT

Biography

Brent Chabassol is a performance, strength, fat loss and nutrition coach, and entrepreneur based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. His story is not one of easy wins—it’s built on adversity, resilience, and a relentless commitment to growth.

Born and raised in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, Brent’s early years were shaped by internal battles and external hardship. At 14, overweight and searching for direction, he discovered the gym—a decision that would ultimately redefine his life. What started as an escape quickly became an obsession with discipline, performance, and self-mastery.

But at the same time, life hit hard. In Grade 8, Brent’s father became seriously ill. Over the next several years, Brent endured a sequence of losses that would test anyone’s limits, including his Fathers.

His father’s battle with liver disease left a permanent imprint and fuelled his passion for health and fitness.


Athletic Excellence

Brent’s transformation through fitness wasn’t just physical—it became elite. By 16, he had already turned serious about training and quickly rose through the ranks of powerlifting. He broke his first national record as a teenager, then went on to achieve two world records:

A 1705Lbs total at age 17

A 733Lbs Squat at age 19

Brent has since gone on to qualify nationally in 4 Bodybuilding shows, and coach over 600 clients since 2021.

I’m a Certified fitness and bodybuilding coach with over 8 years of experience helping people transform their bodies and mindset through structured training and nutrition.

After competing in numerous bodybuilding competitions, I took everything I learned about discipline, performance, and physique development and turned it into a proven coaching system.

Over the years I’ve worked with clients from around the world, guiding more than 500 successful transformations — from first‑time lifters to athletes preparing for the stage. With over 5 years of experience in strength training and 2 years focused on functional and hybrid training, I help men rebuild their bodies with structure, precision, and purpose;  not just aesthetics, but strength, movement quality, and consistency.

My approach goes beyond traditional training. I focus on:

COACH EZZO

Certified personal trainer with over 10 years of hands-on experience specializing in weight loss, muscle gain, and hypertrophy. Fluent in French, English, and Arabic, I bring an inclusive and motivational coaching style that helps clients break through physical and mental limits. Proven success in both personal transformation and competitive bodybuilding, with multiple podium finishes including WNBF and CPA shows across Canada. I believe in building strong, healthy bodies through customized, sustainable training strategies and discipline-driven results.

Will I be doing yoga or Pilates instead of lifting weights?

No. Strength and hypertrophy training remains a core part of our system for building muscle and improving body composition. Our Pilates and yoga online studio is available to those who want to strategically support recovery, movement quality, and longevity on their own - or alongside their strength and hypertrophic training.

Can you help if I have injuries or limitations?

Yes. We modify training and incorporate mobility and recovery work based on your needs. Our goal is to help you progress safely while improving how your body functions.

Is this coaching suitable for beginners?

Yes, as long as you are willing to follow structure and stay consistent. We meet you where you are and build from there.

How long does it take to see results?

Most clients begin to see measurable progress within the first two weeks. Long-term, sustainable transformation typically takes several months of consistent execution.
